This is a buffet I prepared a few years ago for my daughter’s birthday with the “Unicorn” theme, which seems to be very much back in fashion!

This was the invitation: 

For the Unicorn Cake: The cake is vanilla sponge with butter frosting in between the layers. The top is decorated with my own fantasy: It's a Unicorn running on the countryside, filled with flowers, balloons and multi-coloured grass!! I used icing and frosting of several food colours, funfetti and plenty of patience! Oh boy, that was a lot of work...😅, but anything for my beautiful girl 💖🎂🦄! 

For the Buffet, I bought plates and napkins with the Unicorn theme!
These are the dishes I prepared:
1. I emptied a big round loaf and filled it with ham and cheese triangle sandwiches
2. I prepared Greek meatballs and when they cooled down, I made small skewers with the meatballs, cocktail sausages, mini tomatoes and a square piece of cheese. I used a cabbage to pierce the skewers so that they can be beautifully decorated.

5. I also made my very own amazing Cole Slaw Salad

6. I placed a few plates with cucumber, chips and marshmallows.
7. I bought tortilla pitas and made Chilli con Carne

We played games like:
1. Broken Telephone
2. Charades with films, series and songs
3. Pass the unicorn (with a stuffed toy)
4. Dance
5. And at the end a Piñata Unicorn

Πρόκειται για μπουφέ που είχα ετοιμάσει πριν από λίγα χρόνια για τα γενέθλια της κόρης μου με θέμα "Unicorn", το οποίο φαίνεται να είναι πάλι πολύ στη μόδα!

Αυτή ήταν η πρόσκληση:

Για το κέικ "Unicorn": 
Το κέικ είναι παντεσπάνι βανίλιας με γλάσο βουτύρου ανάμεσα στα στρώματα. Η διακόσμηση είναι με τη δική μου φαντασία: Είναι ένα Unicorn που τρέχει στην ύπαιθρο, γεμάτη με λουλούδια, μπαλόνια και πολύχρωμο γρασίδι !! Χρησιμοποίησα γλάσο με πολλά χρώματα, funfetti τρούφες και πολλή υπομονή! Ω ναι ήταν πολύ δουλειά ... 😅, αλλά τα πάντα για το όμορφο κοριτσάκι μου 💖🎂🦄!

Για το μπουφέ, αγόρασα πιάτα και χαρτοπετσέτες με θέμα Unicorn!
Αυτά είναι τα φαγητά που ετοίμασα:
1. Άδειασα ένα μεγάλο στρογγυλό ψωμί και το γέμισα με σάντουιτς τριγωνάκια με ζαμπόν και τυρί
2. Ετοίμασα κεφτεδάκια και όταν κρύωσαν, έφτιαξα μικρά σουβλάκια με κεφτεδάκια, λουκάνικα κοκτέιλ, μίνι ντομάτες και τετράγωνο κομμάτι τυρί. Χρησιμοποίησα ένα λάχανο για να τρυπήσω μέσα τα σουβλάκια, έτσι ώστε να είναι όμορφα διακοσμημένα.

3. Έκανα μια στρογγυλή Σπανακόπιτα με σπιτικό φύλλο

4. Ετοίμασα μια σαλάτα Σεφ

5. Έφτιαξα επίσης τη δική μου υπέροχη σαλάτα Cole Slaw

6. Έβαλα μερικές πιατέλες με αγγουράκια, τσιπς και marshmallows.
7. Αγόρασα πίτες tortilla και έκανα Chilli con Carne

Παίξαμε παιχνίδια όπως:
1. Σπασμένο τηλέφωνο
2. Παντομίμα με ταινίες, σειρές και τραγούδια
3. Πιάσε τον μονόκερο (με ένα λούτρινο παιχνίδι)
4. Χορός
5. Και στο τέλος μια όμορφη Piñata Unicorn
